Mugwort is predominantly a digestive herb and can be used to improve appetite, digestive function and absorption of nutrients, and to help increase bile flow. It has been used to gently induce onset of menstruation and promote normal menstrual flow. It is also a mild nervine and can help relieve anxiety and tension.
This is an alcohol extraction tincture made with mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) organically grown by me here in northern Vermont. It was made with grain alcohol and contains approximately 50% alcohol.
Available in 1 oz, 2 oz and 4 oz dropper bottles.
Suggested dose is 1-3 dropperfuls as needed.
