Motherwort Tincture

Motherwort is beneficial to the cardiovascular and circulatory systems and has long been used as a heart tonic to strengthen heart function. It is an antispasmodic and sedative, promotes relaxation, and can help with palpitations and insomnia brought on by anxiety and stress. It can also stimulate the muscles or the uterus to help with delayed periods, period pain, and PMS. It should not be used if heavy menstrual bleeding is present.

This is an alcohol extraction tincture made with motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) organically grown by me here in northern Vermont.  It was made with grain alcohol and contains approximately 50% alcohol.

Available in 1 oz, 2 oz and 4 oz dropper bottles. 

Suggested dose is 1-3 dropperfuls as needed.
